Sadness

Sadness seeps from a dark dreary cave, and lurks with the monsters under your bed or in your closet. When sadness makes noise the whole world can hear the sorrow. Like a dripping tap in a silent house. Sadness would walk like a tired old dog waiting to finally die. It will make others feel lonely and may even make them cry. Sadness is all around you whether hear it or not. The dreams people have abandoned and left behind to rot, and after a long sunny day when you have stayed inside and worked, sadness is the rain washing the sunshine away.
